First i couldn't unpack it. I always use 7zip myself and that one came with the message that it couldn't open it as archive. Then i downloaded peazip and tried with that one, now it opened. Dunno if it has to do something with the folder inside the rar is 0 bytes. Could be that 7zip couldn't read that.
Anyway, it's nice work. The pants with the wisteria boots (original from simpliciaty for ts4) is different then what julie j and e-neillan did. Got now more choices. And i like the top as well.

I use 'WinRar' for my file, the zip it's ok...Try with WinRar or WinZip!!

7zip can handle rars as well. And normally i unpack all rar files with 7zip. No problem with that. Most cc makers use rar. The pant you use as example is 4.25MB on my pc, the rarfile that is. The folder inside that rar is 0 bytes however. Here's a screenshot made in Peazip:

I'm sorry, it's really very strange...I've just downloaded the zips Top and Pant, I unpacked the folders, and inside there are all files, mesh and recolors!! How can I help you?
PS: Try directly with winrar
